Sanghar is a market town and has several cotton-textile factories. The surrounding area consists chiefly of semiarid land, a part of the great Thar Desert, and some cropped areas irrigated by the Mithrao Canal system, which feeds from the Indus River. Rice, wheat, and cotton are the chief crops grown in the locality.
In my Talka Sinjhoro areas deh sharki kandi the agriculture sector growing position which is good, the major parts crop growing cotton, wheat, sugarcane. Sinjhoro so far has produced 1.44 million of cotton bales, showing 5 lakh bales or 42 percent increase as compared to previous year.
